Older Persons Tenants' Service (OPTS) provides advice and advocacy to NSW public and private tenants aged 55 years and older, and all NSW protected tenants regardless of age.
OPTS is funded by NSW Fair Trading under the auspice of Combined Pensioners & Superannuants Association of NSW inc.
Interviews conducted from December 2007 to June 2008 by Stephen Karanfoliski and Ellie Setekeh (final year law students and the University of Western Sydney) and OPTS Coordinator Andrew Boltin. OPTUS would like to thank everyone who agreed to be interviewed for this project:
