Adopting an integrated and structured process of risk management will enable CHOs to better meet the requirements of funders, accreditation and registration and to grow sustainable businesses which meet the needs of boarders, tenants and equity holders. <br/>The concepts and tools in this guide are based on the current best practice standard for managing risk, the National Community Housing Standards, the distilled experience of housing organisations in the United Kingdom, and practical experience of developmeing and implementing risk management systems in CHOs and co-operative housing in Australia. |
