This document is the culmination of a successful and inclusive policy development process over a twelve month period, beginning with an options paper debated at our National Members Meeting in Fremantle, WA in November 2000. That paper identified a number of key issues for community housing providing that are likely to be part of the deliberations around new Commonwealth-State Housing Agreement arrangements.
