The concept of Indigenous temporary mobility has come into prominence as a way of capturing an aspect of Indigenous culture critical to the explanation for the disadvantage experienced by Australia’s Indigenous peoples, including adverse housing outcomes (Memmott et al 2004). This understanding is the starting point for this report which seeks to inform housing policy by asking how housing services can improve their responses to Indigenous patterns of temporary mobility. | ||
